Misuzu Knives and Scissors
Keen to bring her Japanese heritage to the Yarra Valley, Midnight owner Youki Nakahara found the Misuzu knives from the Banshu district of Japan to be the perfect fit. Sought out by accomplished chefs, these knives are equally accessible for home cooks. Local artisans in a small neighbourhood have perfected the process to create well-balanced, aesthetically beautiful, hand-forged knives that will last (with proper care).
Midnight presents a range of Misuzu Santoku knives in different sizes, as well as filleting and chopping knives with purpose-built blades. You can purchase online here, or come in to the shop to choose the right knife for you.
Sharpening services are available through Midnight for knives of all kinds. DETAILS OF TIMES? If you have purchased a Misuzu knife online through Midnight, you can post your knife to us for sharpening and we will return it when the service is complete. Please call us or send an email to organise this service remotely.
Please note: Midnight is not responsible for any injury incurred through the use of knives sold via the store. Returns will be considered if knives are unused, in impeccable condition, within 30 days of purchase; posting costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Flower Orders
We use seasonal flowers, local where possible, to create pretty stunning arrangements! Choose your preferred style and price point from the list, ring (or email) your order through, and we will make it happen.
We can offer same-day delivery if we receive your order before 1pm; there is a $10 delivery fee for Healesville and the nearby areas of Badger Creek, Chum Creek, Yarra Glen and Coldstream. Please call or email to enquire about delivery fees for other neighbourhoods.
