Handmade Japanese Suri Plate (Grater)

These grinding plates, known as Suri plates, are useful for ginger, garlic, wasabi, fruits and many other ingredients! The central rough surface with sharp ceramics allows ingredients to be grated easily.

Silicon is also attached to the bottom of the plate to prevent slipping. Swiftly wipe the freshly grated ingredients off the plate into your delicious meal.

Easy to clean with a quick rinse and then store for endless use over your lifetime. 

Available in black or white, in three sizes of 120mm, 155mm and 185mm diameters.
